Generations of families have been employed at ExxonMobil Fawley for more than 70 years, so the complex is more than just a workplace - it is a community. Over 2,500 highly skilled ExxonMobil employees and valued contractors work at Fawley, and they all support the vital functions that power the complex 24/7. Technicians, engineers, electricians, and support staff all ensure that the ExxonMobil Fawley complex continues to supply the nation with the products it needs, when they are needed.

Apprenticeships

Since 2005, Fawley has had 186 apprentices go through the Apprenticeship Programme – 37 of those are current apprentices.
