Take advantage of FREE ExxonMobil gym classes on Zoom
Chris Williams, fitness manager and his team run about 12 online classes via Zoom every weekday from 7 am to 7.30 pm, exclusively for ExxonMobil employees. The full timetable is available online here and includes classes such as hiit, abs, swiss ball, box fit and circuit training. And if you are simply seeking some relaxation there’s a mindfulness class too!
Chris, Kelly and Mukai run the classes live and they are informal and enjoyable. They are keen to get more people involved, so why not give one a try? It’s a great way to build your fitness before gyms open in six weeks or so…
How to book a class or training session:
If you are an existing Ermyn House Gym member:
- Log in to the SuperSaas site and book your chosen class as normal
- Open the class again and click the icon which will add it (and the Zoom details) to your Outlook calendar
If you are not an existing Ermyn House gym member:
- Create an account at this location
